Job Description

Join our team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist in a fully remote environment. in a part-time. In this position, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience across multiple communication channels. What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records of customer interactions
