Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Store Assistant to support day-to-day e-commerce operations. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work while gaining experience in online retail and digital storefront management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with updating and maintaining product listings

  • Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing details

  • Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items

  • Process and track customer orders

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries via email or chat

  • Support promotional campaigns and store updates

  • Ensure the website content is accurate and up to date

Qualifications

  • Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopify is an asset)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Comfortable using computers, online tools, and spreadsheets

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Good written communication skills
