Job Description

Technical Support Representative (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with common technical issues, including account access and basic troubleshooting

  • Guide users through simple steps to resolve problems

  • Document support interactions and update records accurately

  • Escalate more complex technical concerns when required
