Job Description

Align Technology is looking for an approachable individual to support customers in a fully remote setting This part-time role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in the world and is a great starting point for those beginning a career in customer service

Main Tasks:

  • Handle customer questions through email chat or phone

  • Share clear and helpful information about services

  • Assist with simple concerns and provide basic solutions

  • Keep customer records updated in the system

  • Pass more complex issues to the appropriate team

  • Help with light administrative tasks when needed

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability

  • Friendly attitude and willingness to help others

  • Ability to work independently from any location
