Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate details regarding products, services, and account-related questions

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team when required

  • Keep clear and up-to-date records of all customer interactions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and multitasking

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • A customer-first mindset and a positive, professional attitude
