Key Objectives
  • Provide prompt and professional live chat support to customers across multiple platforms.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns via live chat promptly and courteously.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions with clarity and patience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and update relevant databases.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to provide feedback and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a live chat, customer service, or support role.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Comfortable using chat platforms and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
