About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Remote Technical Support Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and solving basic technical issues. You will support customers by phone, email, or chat and guide them through simple troubleshooting steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions in a clear and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step support

  • Record customer interactions accurately

  • Escalate more complex issues when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and basic computer skills

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Customer service experience is an asset
