The RoleWe are hiring for a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere across Canada.
This is an entry-level role, but it is an important one. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so how you communicate matters. We are looking for someone who is patient, clear, and willing to learn. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to show up consistently and take the work seriously.
From our experience, the people who grow in this role are the ones who listen carefully, stay calm under pressure, and focus on solving problems rather than just responding.
What You Will Be Doing- Responding to customer inquiries through chat, email, or support systems
- Assisting with basic questions, account issues, and general support requests
- Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
- Following company guidelines while still communicating naturally
- Learning systems and processes to improve over time
- Clear and professional communication
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to stay organized and manage time
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems
- No experience required, but a strong work ethic is important
