Job Summary

As a Work-From-Home Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat support. You will provide quick and professional responses to customer inquiries related to Long View’s IT services, accounts, and technical support requests while ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with questions about IT services, account information, and support requests

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions

  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate support team

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company CRM or help desk system

  • Maintain high response speed and customer satisfaction ratings

  • Provide clear and friendly communication while representing the company’s brand

Required Skills
  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting

  • Experience with live chat platforms or CRM tools
