Join our Building Sciences group in Hamilton and contribute to building evaluations, site reviews, and contract administration. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and technologists, applying sustainable practices and supporting projects that enhance the built environment.
Your Impact
- Apply engineering knowledge to building science and audit projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Assist Professional Engineers and Technologists with building evaluations and site reports.
- Conduct construction and site reviews, monitoring building repairs and documenting findings.
- Liaise with contractors, sub-consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain project flow.
- Support contract administration processes and contribute to project deliverables.
- Promote sustainable practices and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the building sciences team.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Science, Architectural Science, or Applied Science; or Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering Technology.
- Demonstrated interest in building sciences and construction, with prior co-op or summer experience in engineering or construction strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Valid driver's license; access to a vehicle is an asset.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $73,400 - $97,200
MB & ON: $67,000 - $92,200
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $66,300 - $88,000
