You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Senior Associate in our Oracle Application Evolution Services practice, you will play a key technical and delivery role supporting clients across their Oracle Cloud application landscape. You will work closely with client stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, perform root-cause analysis, and support ongoing operational stability. You will also act as a technical lead for specific workstreams within the managed-services engagement, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to SLAs. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
• Serve as the technical lead for assigned Oracle Cloud support tickets, enhancements, integrations, reports, and periodic maintenance tasks.
• Working in a team environment with people from multiple backgrounds and skill sets and be a part of the Incident, Problem, Change and Release management processes as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc. depending on engagement).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions such as:
• Integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Data loads (FBDI, HDL)
• Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI)
• Extensions / Fast Formulas / personalization where applicable
• Perform impact analysis for patches, quarterly updates, configuration changes and conduct root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Review and update technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, runbooks, and support guides and collaborate with offshore/onshore team members to ensure consistent service delivery across time zones.
• Participate in regular client interactions - clarifying requirements, providing status updates, and reviewing solution approaches.
• Support SLA compliance through timely ticket resolution, accurate effort estimation, and proactive risk identification.
• Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives across process, tooling, and automation for managed-services delivery.
• Mentor junior team members as needed, support cross-functional collaboration with other teams and supporting business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in industry and preparing responses to requests for proposals

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Approximately 7-8 years of technical experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Data Models, and FBDI/HDL data loads.
• Strong integration development skills using OIC or similar middleware and experience with API (REST/SOAP) usage and troubleshooting.
• Experience in supporting or delivering technical solutions in managed-services or application-support environments.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud quarterly patch cycles, SRs, and escalation processes.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, recommend solutions, and communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent time-management skills for multitasking in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to mentor junior associates and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Interest in upskilling, openness to new technologies, and preferred experience with Oracle Cloud certifications, consulting, DevOps/automation tools, and complex enterprise integrations or extensions.

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
