You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.The Salesforce capability is looking for a Manager-level leader to help accelerate our firm's ability to sell and deliver next-generation Salesforce AI solutions. As part of our growing Salesforce practice, these roles will play a pivotal part in shaping how we bring data, automation, and AI-driven insights to life for our clients. The ideal candidates are hands-on problem solvers who blend strong Salesforce delivery expertise with a passion for innovation and business transformation. They will work closely with our account teams to translate client ambition into actionable solutions, lead delivery teams across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce initiatives, and contribute to our AI go-to-market strategy including the deployment of AI agents to work alongside our delivery teams.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Business Application Consulting, Salesforce Manager , y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues , deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identifying client needs, responding to request for proposals and providing estimates for solution development
• Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices and implementation of multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients
• Mentor the next generation of consultants, providing them with insights and challenging them to be better
• Coach, guide and assist team members in preparation for client meetings, presentations and proposals

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle with a minimum of 5 years of experience and at least 3 years in a technical lead role, leading complex Salesforce deployments with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Ability to guide development teams on optimal platform technology use, identifying and mitigating technical risks and strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and platform-specific limits and design considerations. Proficient in guiding teams through complex deployments and troubleshooting, articulating technical trade-offs
• Experience developing/reviewing code on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including identifying development-related risks and limits
• Awareness of common integration patterns and proven experience with integrations on the Salesforce Platform, and understanding of functional security models and solutions for security
• Insight into data migration considerations and design trade-offs, including awareness of common ETL tools aswell as awareness of large data volume risks and mitigation strategies, along with understanding of on and off platform reporting considerations
• Proven experience in implementing agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and expertise in adapting SDLC processes to agile frameworks through DevOps practices and source control management
• One or more Salesforce Developer Certifications, including but not limited to: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Industries CPQ Developer, Omnistudio Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform's design patterns and limits ensuring strategic platform use and experience managing and delivering nuanced technical messages to stakeholders and end users, helping clients unlockreal businessvalue through Salesforce AI

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400 . The posted salary range r epresents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city c entres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is d etermined by your skills, experience, q ualifications and work location. I n addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
