We focus on understanding our client's challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Salesforce Consulting, Technical Senior Manager , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identifying client needs, responding to request for proposals and providing estimates for solution development
• Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices and implementation of multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients
• Mentor the next generation of consultants, providing them with insights and challenging them to be better
• Identify, develop and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targets
• Coach, guide and assist team members in preparation for client meetings, presentations and proposals
• Consult with account team and engagement partner on pricing strategy
• Facilitate executive & operational meetings & workshops across a range of topics
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle with a minimum of 5 years of experience . At least 3 years in a technical architect role, leading complex Salesforce deployments with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Proven experience in implementing agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and expertise in adapting SDLC processes to agile frameworks through DevOps practices and source control management
• Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and platform-specific limits and design considerations, and e xperience developing/reviewing code on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including identifying development-related risks and limits
• Ability to guide development teams on optimal platform technology use, identifying and mitigating technical risks across architecture, guiding them through complex deployments and troubleshooting, articulating technical trade-offs
• Awareness of common integration patterns and proven experience with integrations on the Salesforce Platform, understanding of functional security models and architecting solutions for security
• Insight into data migration considerations and design trade-offs, including awareness of common ETL tools . Awareness of large data volume risks and mitigation strategies, along with understanding of on and off platform reporting considerations
• One or more Salesforce Architect Certifications, including but not limited to: Application Architect, System Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect , Identity and Access Management Architect
• One or more Salesforce Accredited Professional Credentials such as: Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, Revenue Cloud Consultant Accredited Professional
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Platform's design patterns and limits ensuring strategic platform use

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000 . The posted salary range r epresents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city c entres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is d etermined by your skills, experience, q ualifications and work location. I n addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
