You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution primarily for our Oracle clients in the Healthcare sector. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Leading the delivery of business led, technology-enabled Oracle ERP transformation programs specifically in the Healthcare sector, using agile design, development and implementation methodologies
• Contributing to identify, develop and win significant Oracle ERP transformation projects specifically in the Healthcare sector
• Defining, monitoring and delivering on project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding our client's business goals and objectives
• Developing work plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating project team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on-time delivery
• Providing team leads with guidance and recommendations on Oracle solutions, resource allocation, and activity scheduling
• Contributing as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching
• Leading and contributing to business development activities, writing and presenting of proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the firm's Oracle methodologies and assets
• Managing 3rd party and offshore resources
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Extensive experience in large-scale Oracle ERP business transformation and implementation as a delivery leader. Completed at least 2 Oracle ERP transformations for client's in the Healthcare sector in a delivery lead role
• In-depth understanding of the ERP and business challenges faced by Healthcare clients, and proven ability to deliver innovative business and technical solutions to meet these challenges.
• Experience in Government and other Public Sector organizations is considered an asset.
• Experience leading the delivery of Oracle Cloud cross-pillar engagements (ERP with HCM, or ERP with Cx)
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
• Effective communication that appreciates the nuances between technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience communicating effectively to senior client stakeholders and executives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with quality mindset, to lead complex RFP responses for large Oracle Cloud engagements.
• Language skills: bilingual proficiency in French and English considered an asset
• Certification in Oracle Cloud applications or equivalent experience is highly desired.
• This role will require some travel

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
