The Opportunity
Shape the World Around You - Join a collaborative Earth & Environment team in the GTA as we continue to grow our geophysics practice. Your work will help advance infrastructure, environmental stewardship, and resilient communities across the region. You'll be part of a tight-knit group of technical specialists, applying geophysical science to real-world challenges on land, in boreholes, and over water.
Your Impact
- Conduct shallow-subsurface geophysical surveys using Seismic Refraction, MASW, Electrical Resistivity Imaging, Magnetics, GPR, Electromagnetics, and Microgravity.
- Apply industry-standard software to process, analyze, and interpret geophysical datasets.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot geophysical instrumentation to ensure high-quality results.
- Contribute to clear, data-rich technical reports and visualizations that support client decisions.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated geoscience solutions.
- Demonstrate and model a "Safety First" culture in field and office environments.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- A degree in Geophysics, Earth Sciences, Geological Engineering, or a related field with a geophysics focus.
- Post-graduate training in geophysics (an asset, not required).
- Ability and willingness to travel for field programs (30-70%) across varied environments.
- Comfortable working outdoors, including remote locations requiring off-road driving, helicopter transport, and operation of UTV/ATV/ARGO/Snowmobile (training provided).
- Mechanical aptitude, physical readiness for fieldwork, and proficiency with computers and electronics.
- A mindset geared toward problem-solving, curiosity, and hands-on learning.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $56,500 - $75,900
MB & ON: $51,600 - $72,000
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $51,100 - $68,800
