The Opportunity
Your Impact Starts Here - As an Intermediate Hydrogeologist specializing in groundwater modelling, you'll support complex hydrogeological investigations and environmental assessments across Ontario and beyond. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for mining, infrastructure, and municipal projects, while advancing your technical expertise in numerical modelling and data analysis.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement numerical groundwater flow models for large-scale mining, infrastructure, and municipal projects.
- Compile and analyze field data to support hydrogeological assessments and conceptual site models.
- Apply advanced modelling tools such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, and HydroGeoSphere to solve complex groundwater challenges.
- Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and documentation for client submissions.
- Assist in proposal development and contribute to project planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate with senior hydrogeologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Promote health and safety practices across all project activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental/Earth Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering (specialization in groundwater modelling preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in hydrogeology and groundwater modelling; registered as a Geoscientist or Engineer in Ontario.
- Proficiency with MODFLOW, FEFLOW, HydroGeoSphere, and related modelling tools.
- Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
- Strong technical writing and data visualization skills.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license and access to a vehicle for fieldwork.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $93,700 - $124,200
MB & ON: $85,500 - $117,800
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $84,700 - $112,400
