Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $149,900 - $201,400
MB & ON: $136,800 - $186,800
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $135,400 - $182,400

The Opportunity
Lead with Vision - As a Senior Hydrogeologist, you'll provide strategic technical leadership and deliver complex hydrogeological projects that shape sustainable development across Ontario. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor professionals, and represent WSP as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field.
Your Impact
- Lead and review hydrogeological investigations, data analysis, and reporting for infrastructure, transportation, and land development projects.
- Apply advanced knowledge of groundwater-surface water interactions, aquifer performance testing, and water balance assessments.
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance with regulatory standards in all deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.
- Develop proposals, conceptual site models, and technical strategies for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business development initiatives.
- Mentor and coach intermediate and junior professionals to foster growth and technical expertise.
- Represent WSP in client meetings, industry forums, and technical conferences.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Degree in Hydrogeology, Geological Engineering, Geosciences, or related discipline.
- Ontario P.Eng. or P.Geo. license (or eligibility).
- 15+ years of consulting experience with expertise in hydrogeological principles and project delivery.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects.
- Strong business acumen with experience in client development and proposal preparation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
