A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You'll focus on all aspects of documentation, planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements. Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions. This position will primarily be focused on intercompany financing transactions, including interest rate analyses, debt capacity, guarantee fees, etc.

As a Transfer Pricing Ma nager , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone
• Build client relationships
• Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
• Develop and maintain relationships with your clients, including a broader understanding of their business beyond our projects
• Contribute technical knowledge, analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making , and embrace leveraging technology to help us deliver efficiently
• Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Experiences and skill you'll use to solve
• Demonstrated experience working in Transfer Pricing as amanager
• Exp erience with financing transactions including rate analysis, debt capacity and guarantee fees.
• MBA, MA or advanced degree in Economics, Tax, Finance or Business Administration
• Strong research, writing and quantitative analytical skills. You must be knowledgeable and comfortable with detailed financial analyses, credit risk, and capital markets
• Ability to think creatively - you like the challenge of solving complex problems and determining innovative solutions
• Ability to identify tax and other business consulting opportunities
• Willingness to market services to existing and prospective clients
• High motivation and interest in taking initiative in your personal growth and development
• Ability to manage, develop, coach and retain a team of tax professionals

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements . We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
