Job Description

The Technical Support Representative provides assistance to customers by resolving technical issues and answering inquiries about products or services. This role ensures users receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

Duties:

Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and account-related issues
Log and track support requests in the system
Escalate complex problems to senior team members
Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggest improvements
Provide clear, professional guidance to users
