Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Online Chat Support Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and providing helpful information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Assist customers with troubleshooting and basic problem resolution
Maintain clear and polite communication with customers
Document customer interactions and follow company guidelines
Requirements:

Good written communication skills in English (Canada English preferred)
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
Reliable internet connection
