Call Center Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Customer Engagement
Build rapport quickly, listen actively, and identify customer needs to present relevant products or services.
Sales Conversion
Effectively pitch offerings, overcome objections, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
CRM Management
Accurately record customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Product Knowledge
Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to deliver accurate information and compelling value propositions.
Follow-Up & Retention
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Team Collaboration
Participate in virtual team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive remote work culture.

What You Bring

Previous experience in call center sales or customer service (remote experience preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales instincts and ability to handle objections confidently
Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to remote work
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
A quiet, distraction-free home workspace and reliable internet connection
