Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative & Customer Support Associate to manage front-line communications, data entry, and day-to-day office operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and maintains high accuracy in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate product/service information
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions
- Document customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Data Entry
- Input and update customer, vendor, and inventory data into CRM or spreadsheets
- Verify accuracy of data and correct inconsistencies
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
Administrative & Office Support
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments
- Prepare documents, presentations, and internal communications
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
- Order supplies and manage vendor relationships (if applicable)
- Support team members with clerical and operational tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or order management systems
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion)
- Basic bookkeeping or financial tracking knowledge is a plus
