Your Impact
- Deliver accurate, high-quality testing and validation for concrete, asphalt, and soil to ensure compliance with CSA, ASTM, OPSS, and NZTA standards.
- Review and approve mix designs and Job Mix Formula reports, ensuring optimal performance and durability for major infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage timelines to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
- Provide technical guidance on material selection, failure analysis, and rehabilitation strategies that enhance long-term asset performance.
- Champion quality assurance practices that protect communities and advance sustainable construction methods.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Materials Engineering; P.Eng. designation preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in materials engineering, including concrete and asphalt testing for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep knowledge of CSA, ASTM, OPSS, and NZTA standards, with proven ability to interpret and apply specifications.
- Proficiency in laboratory and field testing protocols, including compaction analysis and performance testing.
- Familiarity with geotechnical investigations and pavement design principles.
