Shape the World Around You - As a member of our team, you'll be involved in shaping the electrical systems that power tomorrow's infrastructure. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex challenges and believes in the power of collaboration. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, using your Bentley software expertise to deliver high-quality electrical design packages that meet the needs of today - and anticipate the demands of tomorrow.

Your Impact
  • Develop detailed electrical design drawings using Bentley tools such as MicroStation, Bentley Raceway and Cable Management, OpenPlant Modeler, and ProjectWise
  • Create cable routing plans, single-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and panel schedules that support safe and efficient operations
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery
  • Support construction documentation and procurement package preparation for major industrial projects
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure all designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and WSP's future-ready principles
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet key project milestones

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Design, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design, ideally within mining or heavy industrial sectors
  • Proficiency in Bentley software (MicroStation, Bentley Raceway and Cable Management, OpenPlant Modeler, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems and design principles
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
