An opportunity exists for a Senior Mechanical BIM Revit 3D Modeler to join our Mechanical & Electrical Group supporting the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. In this role, you will be central to bringing complex Buildings projects to life through advanced HVAC and Plumbing & Fire Protection (P&FP) 3D Revit design and modeling.

You will also help advance our corporate digital transformation by supporting the BIM Manager in the development and deployment of cutting-edge design automation tools-key initiatives that are redefining project delivery across WSP.

Your Impact
  • Deliver high-quality 3D Revit models for HVAC systems, including ventilation, heating, and cooling.
  • Assist engineers with the design and modeling of ductwork and hydronic piping systems.
  • Produce detailed mechanical installation drawings for project submissions.
  • Develop drawing packages individually or collaboratively, from model setup to completion.
  • Design and model Plumbing Systems (domestic water, sanitary, storm).
  • Design and model Natural Gas piping for building and site servicing applications.
  • Support engineers and designers with system calculations and model inputs.
  • Mentor and support the Mechanical Revit team to elevate modeling standards and workflows.
  • Contribute to corporate BIM standards, modelling policies, and digital best practices.
  • Assist in developing digital automation tools to optimize BIM production efficiency.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit 3D modeling, ACC, BIM360, Navisworks, AutoCAD and supporting BIM tools.
  • Knowledge of duct sizing (ductulator) and/or pipe sizing (SAN, STM, PW, NG) is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks and Dynamo scripting is desirable.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Bentley MicroStation, and Civil 3D software environments.
  • Autodesk Revit Certification is an asset.
  • Experience supporting national or regional BIM standards.
  • Passion for Digital Delivery Technologies (DDT) and promoting digital best practices within teams.

Compensation

AB, BC, SK, NT & NU: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
