At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. They analyze client needs, develop people and organization strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. At PwC you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organization and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organization, applying a breadth of understanding of organizational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organizational design to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Manager, Workforce Transformation , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Manage portfolio of client engagements;
• Work with our PwC and client teams on client engagements from strategy through to implementation;
• Be a part of client engagements with PwC teams as well as client teams;
• Manage your client engagement economics and delivery excellence;
• Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads
• Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network;
• Keep up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership; and
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Minimum 5 years of experience in d evelopment organizational diagnostics and/or implementation of operating models and organizational structures;
• Assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness, shorten implementation and achieve results;
• Stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and media while interacting with executive level clients and building presentations
• Experience with assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts; and Experience with facilitation, design thinking and co-creation internally or with clients.
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• Self motivated with a passion for client work and team work ;
• Manage multiple projects with overlapping deliverables as you navigate change at the client site and ambiguity
• Collaborative, curious, life long learner and high energy;
• A strong communicator, facilitator and storyteller;
• Leading a team and work to achieve goals and objectives

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
