Overview

As Manager, CEO & Leadership Communications, you will play a key role in supporting the Director, CEO & Leadership Communications, driving impactful communications strategies and programs that align with the firm's objectives and leadership vision.

This role will be based out of our Toronto office and will be part of a collaborative in-person team.

What you will do
CEO Communications
  • Support the Director in developing and executing communication strategies for the leadership team, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with national priorities.
  • Create first drafts of high-impact communications such as speeches, presentations, talking points, blogs, and briefing documents for executive audiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of leadership engagements, including employee town halls, board meetings, and firmwide announcements.
Internal Communications
  • In partnership with the Director, develop and deliver internal communication programs that support firmwide objectives and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing & communication teams to create and manage communications across multiple channels (emails, intranet, videos, Q&As, key messages).
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications, using data-driven insights to continuously improve impact.
  • Manage the national distribution calendar and ensure alignment of messaging across business areas and regions.
What you bring to the role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing effective communications plans for a national or global organization
  • Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders, demonstrating strong relationship building skills in a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex content in a clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate manner.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
