The Candidate & Employee Experience Center of Excellence (COE) shapes the overarching strategy and technology for talent attraction and the employee journey. By partnering with HR and Talent Attraction leaders, the COE ensures the development of impactful programs and resources that align with business objectives to attract and retain top talent.

The Manager, Candidate Experience is essential for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, collaborating with experienced and campus hire teams to advance technology, analysis, and workflow improvements.

What you will do
  • Oversee daily operations of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including responding to user inquiries, conducting system testing, troubleshooting technical issues, managing vendor relationships, and updating training materials as needed
  • Support project enhancements including milestone tracking, communication, assessing risk and escalating issues as required to leadership
  • Lead the content development of all system materials, and customize as needed to relevant audiences (ie. hiring managers, recruiters, candidates)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to lead the implementation of laws and compliance for Talent Attraction, including checking how systems are affected, designing new processes, creating resources, and providing training when needed
  • Serve as the primary liaison for KPMG internal testing team, providing documentation as required and proactively identifying efficiencies within the internal controls framework
  • Deliver small-scale, non-technical projects that improve the experience of recruiters and hiring managers, by optimizing existing resources and creating new ones based on client feedback and need
  • Partner with the Analytics and Automation team as the primary Talent Attraction subject matter expert to develop dashboards that support leadership and business objectives
  • Act as the primary day to day contact for external TA vendors ensuring ongoing communication, issue resolution and upholding KPMG Canada's brand reputation
What you bring to the role
  • Post secondary degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, backed by over 5 years of proven, relevant experience
  • 3+ years experience with project management
  • In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems, with specific proficiency in iCIMS
  • Advanced ability to manage and analyze large data sets, leveraging Power Bi to identify meaningful trends and drive data-informed decisions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Highly self-motivated and adept at managing multiple priorities and complex activities, demonstrating excellent time management to consistently meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals possessing a wide range of skills, styles, and perspective
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies , and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
