As an Experienced Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex, meaningful projects supported by senior leaders and multidisciplinary technical experts. Your Impact
- Lead projects through full lifecycle stages - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
- Oversee project delivery performance including scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, and change management.
- Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication frameworks.
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external partners to achieve delivery milestones.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, resourcing, and health & safety.
- Serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and providing clear, timely communication.
- Ensure compliance with quality processes, documentation standards, and project control systems.
- Support proposal development including RFP review, scoping, scheduling, and estimating.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 4-7 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management within consulting, engineering, or professional services environments.
- A passion for project delivery and leadership, with interest in growing as a non-technical project expert.
- Proven capability in scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with technical specialists.
- Financial fluency - budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and project reporting.
- PMP certification (or progress toward certification) is an asset.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Oracle, or comparable systems.
- Confident, clear communication with clients, senior leaders, and project teams.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: Use if needed based on final posting location
MB & ON: $90,100 - $124,100
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: Use if needed based on final posting location
