In this senior role, you will guide multidisciplinary project teams through high-impact transit initiatives that improve mobility, enhance sustainability, and strengthen communities.

Your Impact Starts Here - You'll serve as the senior technical authority and project delivery leader on complex infrastructure programs, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of technical excellence, safety, and client value.

Your Impact

• Provide senior technical governance for large, multidisciplinary transit infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with WSP standards and client expectations.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex challenges across engineering, design, contracts, and delivery.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, discipline leads, and technical specialists to ensure integrated, high-performance project execution.
• Oversee project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Directors and Commercial teams to support risk management, change management, and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while representing WSP as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct technical reviews, audits, and approvals of major deliverables to ensure quality and constructability.
• Lead value engineering initiatives and risk mitigation strategies to improve outcomes and reduce cost and schedule risk.
• Capture lessons learned and apply them to strengthen WSP's project delivery practices.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary technical teams in senior leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of project controls, change management, risk management, and quality systems.
• Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder and regulatory environments.
• Proven experience in client-facing leadership roles, earning trust through technical excellence.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-complexity project environments with evolving priorities.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $147,500 - $195,400
MB & ON: $134,600 - $184,600
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $133,200 - $176,900
