You will play a key role in delivering some of Canada's most recognized and awarded Rail & Transit projects-programs that shape how millions of people move every day.
This role blends electrical engineering expertise, BIM-enabled coordination, and project leadership to deliver safe, compliant, and future-ready transit infrastructure across the Greater Toronto Area.
Your Impact
- Lead conduit and electrical systems coordination across multidisciplinary rail and transit design teams using BIM workflows.
- Apply demonstrated knowledge and practical application of NFPA fire codes, building codes, and electrical codes/standards to guide safe, compliant design decisions.
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and technical coordination from early design through construction support.
- Collaborate with Electrical, Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Systems teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize constructability.
- Review drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation to ensure alignment across all phases.
- Support construction teams with technical guidance during field reviews, installation, and commissioning.
- Champion quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, partners, and clients to maintain alignment on scope, design intent, and project priorities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, including rail, transit, or heavy civil environments.
- Electrical engineering background with a strong understanding of conduit systems, power distribution, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply NFPA, building codes, and electrical codes/standards in practical project settings.
- Strong BIM coordination experience using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC.
- Demonstrated success managing schedules, risks, design coordination, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,600
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
