You'll join our growing Air, Noise & Vibration practice at our Aurora, Ontario office, contributing to impactful environmental, infrastructure, and multidisciplinary projects across the region. Your technical expertise will support monitoring, modelling, design, impact assessments, and client advising on complex acoustic and vibration challenges.

Your Impact
  • Lead and perform field investigations for noise and vibration impact studies across the GTA and broader Ontario region.
  • Conduct and/or oversee the analysis, interpretation, and documentation of acoustical data.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, findings, and recommendations.
  • Guide design-build teams with acoustical design oversight and validation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams-including Buildings, Environment, and Infrastructure-on integrated project delivery.
  • Support proposal development and contribute to new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Adapt to dynamic field conditions and ensure safe, efficient field execution.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline; postgraduate studies in an environmental field are an asset.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with specialization in acoustics, noise, or vibration.
  • Experience conducting acoustical monitoring, investigations, and modelling.
  • Exposure to design-build projects and proposal development.
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to advance multiple deliverables concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.
  • Eligible for or working toward PEO membership (asset).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and acoustical monitoring tools/software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local field travel.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $66,700 - $88,400
