The Opportunity
Build the Future With Us - As a Senior Coordinator, Project Controls, you'll be seconded to a major transportation project in Toronto, contributing to a transformative infrastructure initiative that directly benefits the region's communities and future mobility.
This role brings together financial stewardship, project controls expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure project performance, accuracy, and accountability at every stage.
Your Impact
- Manage client timesheet submissions and support timely, accurate invoicing
- Prepare and maintain change management documentation
- Manage the client's budget contingency tracker with precision and clarity
- Maintain and update the client's resource plan to support evolving project needs
- Prepare, review, and analyze reports and project data to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align project controls with delivery requirements
- Support proactive issue identification and contribute to continuous improvement across project processes
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Post-secondary degree in project management, finance, business, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in project controls or financial management, ideally within engineering or construction environments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Familiarity with project management tools and project control best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting deadlines, and stay ahead of emerging challenges
- A proactive, organized, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving in fast-paced project environments

Compensation
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 - $88,400
- MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
