You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As an Oracle Consulting Director at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across multiple Oracle applications pillars, helping our clients to transform their business. Come and join our rapidly growing Oracle practice to make a difference for our clients.

You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work with account teams in the Healthcare sector to uncover target accounts' business issues and priorities
• Develop new ideas and service opportunities relevant to Oracle ERP engagements in the Healthcare sector
• Identify, develop and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targets
• Manage the implementation lifecycle for Oracle ERP programs in the Healthcare Sector from bid management through to discovery, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support
• Lead complex Oracle ERP solutioning to meet the requirements of Healthcare clients and provide innovative thought-leadership to address client challenges
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, customer satisfaction and, where required, project oversight working with Manager or Senior Manager level Engagement Managers
• Lead and support blended teams of colleagues, clients and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach
• When required, provide coaching to fellow Engagement Managers on project delivery

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Extensive years of progressive full lifecycle HR, Financials, or Supply ERP experience leading implementations of Oracle Cloud solutions . Sold and led implementation for at least 2 Oracle ERP engagement in Healthcare
• Significant business expertise in Canadian Healthcare, combined with direct delivery responsibility for Oracle Cloud engagements in this sector
• Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for client service excellence
• High degree of tact, diplomacy, confidence, resilience and patience
• Ability to communicate effectively with client executives (CFO, CIO, VP etc), consult with others, develop relationships quickly, both internally and externally, facilitate group discussions, make presentations
• Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests
• Demonstrable success in identifying and taking appropriate action on opportunities for additional business
• Working with account sales teams, the ability to provide effective pre-sales support, including estimating viable, winning solution
• Strong commercial judgement, with a proven track record in the execution of contract and commercial terms applying to the project
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
