These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Oracle consulting specialist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and in-depth experience with the Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud application. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, and offering training and support for effective business utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a n Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Understand project-driven organization's business requirements to support project planning, execution, control and billing, and how these requirements align to Oracle's Cloud functionality
• Plan and design the best and most optimal solution for the client. Leverage industry best practices and oversee the business and application design leveraging the Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud solution integrating with other part s of the Oracle Cloud application suite
• Working with our team, lead the configuration of the designed Oracle solution to meet the client's project delivery business requirements
• Participate in sales cycles to estimate delivery costs and efforts, participate at client orals and presentations, and assist to draft and finalize Statements of Work
• Lead initiatives to develop and improve the Oracle practice

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• 5-8 years of progressive Oracle delivery experience on complex Oracle PPM Cloud engagements
• In-depth experience as a PPM Functional Workstream lead, leading the implementation of complex Oracle PPM engagements . In-depth experience leading the integration of Oracle PPM Cloud with other Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud applications
• Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for cross-functional business requirements and stretch Oracle PPM Cloud to its configuration limits
• Minimum of 2 full implementation cycles in an PPM Functional lead role for progressively complex organizations
• Significant business expertise in related project management business processes including project planning, execution, costing and billing
• Experienced in delivery of Oracle PPM implementations in manufacturing or asset maintenance based industries, including complex cost collection, overhead and client billing scenarios
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
• A bility to lead small to medium-sized teams
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with quality mindset

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information

The salary range* for this position is 103,000.00 to 171,800.00 CAD Annual , plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location. PwC is committed to competitive compensation and sharing salary ranges in accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation as they arise.
