These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Dayforce Engagement Senior Manager , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing the implementation lifecycle for Dayforce programs from bid management through to discovery, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation review
• Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client.
• Offering experience within HR/Talent/WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions to provide functional insight and thought-leadership
• Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients
• Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, and customer satisfaction
• Leading and supporting blended teams of colleagues, client and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Full lifecycle HRIS project management experience, ideally implementing Dayforce within a consulting or IT services environment.
• Direct experience implementing Dayforce and similar platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP, etc.).
• Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
• Proven track record of business development skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills and passion for customer service
• Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests
• Demonstrable success in identifying and taking appropriate action on opportunities for additional business
• Working with a sales team, the ability to provide effective pre-sales support when required , including estimating viable , winning solutions
• Strong commercial judgement, with a proven track record in the execution of contract and commercial terms applying to the project
• Experience of running a diverse and remote team
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
• French will be asset

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements . We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
