What You’ll Be Doing:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about services and processes
Resolve basic issues and escalate when needed
Keep records of customer interactions and updates
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Support the team with general service-related tasks
