Job Description
Our Internal Communications team creates and implements the most effective communication strategies and tactics that drive PwC's strategy and aligns its vision and purpose. As a Senior Associate on the Internal Communications team, you'll join a team of high-performing individuals who are problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role will support specifically, but not be limited to, PwC Canada's internal digital channels and executive communications.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Communications Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Write and review high-quality communications, including internal news items, digital screens, short videos, speeches, and internal campaigns
• Update and manage intranet pages
• Oversee day-to-day operations of internal digital channels such as the intranet, newsletters, and digital signage
• Post and upload communications to internal platforms like Igloo Online and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Lead weekly editorial meetings and support content planning and scheduling
• Develop innovative ideas and tactics to drive adoption and increase engagement with the intranet
• Provide technical training on internal digital channels to communications and content publishers
• Edit communications with an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring content meets audience needs
• Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines and established grammar principles
• Track and report on communication metrics to measure impact and enable continuous improvement
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Proven professional experience in internal communications, marketing or public relations within a fast-paced environment
• Experience and confidence working with mid-level and/or senior stakeholdersto build trust and deliver results
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills to manage timelines
• A natural curiosity and willingness to explore new ways of delivering information
• Demonstrated success in understanding the needs and sensitivities of different audiences and adapting appropriate writing style and content
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop engaging content
• A quick learner with exceptional digital skills, committed to continuous upskilling and staying ahead of emerging technology trends
• Openness to learning new tools and adapting work practices to drive innovation and efficiency
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for content creation, workflow automation, and development of AI-driven communication solutions

The salary range for this position is $52,600 - $ 87,7 00. The posted salary rang e represen ts the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary i s determin ed by your skills, experience , qualificatio ns and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities t o participa te in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements . We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
