Job Description
Our Company is currently hiring a Client Support Specialist to provide day to day support to clients This entry-level opportunity is well suited for someone who is professional, approachable, and comfortable working either from home or in a hybrid environment
Responsibilities include:

Assisting clients with questions through email chat and phone

Providing clear and accurate information about services

Supporting clients with basic account or service issues

Updating client details and maintaining accurate records

Following up to ensure a positive client experience

Referring more complex concerns to the appropriate team
Qualifications:

Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
