Join WSP's Mobility Planning and Advisory team and contribute to transformative transportation planning and engineering projects across Canada. From transportation policy, transportation master plans and environmental assessments to conceptual and preliminary design of sites, transit and road corridors, you'll help shape safer, more sustainable communities.
As part of WSP's Transportation Planning group, you'll work on a full spectrum of transportation challenges- Transportation Policy, Planning studies, Functional and Preliminary Design, Multi-Disciplinary assignments for both private and public sector clients, Regional and area transportation studies, Site-specific transportation assessments, Design guidelines, Public engagement, Road safety and Complete Streets improvements, Transit planning and operations, Environmental Assessments and Transit Rail Project Assessment Process.
Your Impact
- Collaborate on innovative transportation projects, from data collection and analysis to design, technical reporting and graphics preparation.
- Apply best practices and creative solutions for multi-modal transportation, transit, and traffic projects.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams of engineers, planners, and designers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare technical memos and reports that influence decisions and drive impactful outcomes.
- Engage with clients and communities through meetings and public consultations.
- Grow your expertise in project coordination and management while shaping the future of mobility.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- A degree in Transportation Planning
- RPP eligible.
- 3-5 years of experience in transportation planning.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills, with advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for designing multi-modal solutions that make a difference.
- Experience with MS Office, GIS would be beneficial

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
