Starting at: $259,250

Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Lead the national growth strategy for Transportation & Infrastructure, shaping a unified vision that accelerates organic growth across all markets.
- Drive major client development programs, elevating relationships with public and private sector owners across Canada.
- Advance strategic pursuits by guiding capture planning, win strategy development, and executive-level bid oversight on high-value infrastructure projects.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development organization, fostering a culture of accountability, insight-driven decision-making, and market-leading performance.
- Leverage data, market intelligence, and forecasting tools to identify emerging opportunities in transportation, mobility, and complex infrastructure delivery.
- Collaborate with regional and sector leadership teams to align growth initiatives, resource strategies, and client coverage models.
- Champion national key accounts, deepening partnerships and unlocking new portfolio-level opportunities.
- Represent WSP as an industry thought leader, advancing our reputation in T&I markets and influencing sector-shaping conversations.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- You bring 15+ years of senior leadership experience driving growth, strategy, or major pursuits within Transportation & Infrastructure.
- You have a proven track record leading national-scale business development, capture strategy, or client programs in transit, rail, highways, or other complex infrastructure markets.
- You demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, including experience steering operations, portfolios, or P&L-adjacent functions.
- You build trust quickly and excel at executive-level relationship development, negotiation, and client influence.
- You are energized by leading through change and fostering high-performance, growth-oriented teams.
- You bring a strategic, analytical mindset powered by data, insight, and a deep understanding of Canada's T&I landscape.
- You care about doing work that matters-to clients, communities, and the world around you.
