• Develop enduring relationships with our insurance operations clients built on integrity, empathy and credibility that inspire high levels of trust;
• Lead our team of operational excellence practitioners through business development and delivery. Empower them to bring the best of themselves, be curious, and deliver excellence everyday .
• Be part of the leadership team that evolves our operations work in the cloud native, AI assisted world we have entered. Shape the work that you deliver every day through an innovative growth mindset. Contribute to the growth of our practice by aiding recruitment, training, and nurturing team members.
• Spearhead project proposals, generate new business opportunities, and sell work emphasizing either cost transformation or insurance innovations. Masterfully manage senior client stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional communication, and drive the cultural shifts needed for a cost-conscious mindset within client organizations .
• Redefine operational models with new capabilities. Re-imagine client processes with expert redesign and analytics. Guide clients in adopting new technologies , including intelligent automation using prompts and agents, with desirable experience in agentic methods.
• Lead the full cycle of client engagements, focusing on cost transformation from opportunity identification to benefit realization in Life Insurance & Retirement, General Insurance, and Commercial Insurance sectors. Engage in dynamic and complex programme management, with meticulous benefit tracking and change management to deliver targeted cost-focused work streams.

What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
• Minimum 6 years of e xperience in consultin g proficien cy in delivering operational transformations within financial services, with a specific focus on life insurance & retirement, P&C insurance, and commercial insurance sectors.
• Technical expertise in enterprise-wide analytics and departmental analyses to unveil cost transformation opportunities, utilizing state-of-the-art digital tools.
• Operational Model Transformation Expertise including operating model design and sourcing strategies.
• Process Excellence Specialization : Demonstrate deep experience of process redesign, excellence, and analytics.
• Proven capability in strategic cost reduction, business case development for transformative initiatives, and successfully driving associated commercials.
• Strong communication and networking skills to nurture sustainable relationships and champion cultural change across organizations .
• Proficient in understanding and analyzing financial statements.
• Articulate writing skills for effective presentation of viewpoints in reports, proposals, and articles to win work.
• Dedication to personal growth and professional development by actively seeking feedback and new learning avenues.
• Desirable connections and experience within the insurance industry, with broader financial services experience being favorable.

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements . We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
