What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide helpful information.
Help manage client accounts and schedules.
Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A self-starter who is reliable and can work independently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
A quiet home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
Previous customer service experience is a plus!
