Job Description
Position: Plan Document Specialist (Remote/Hybrid | Full-Time & Part-Time)
We are currently hiring a Plan Document Specialist to support the preparation and organization of company documents This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid environment
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and format plan documents and reports

Ensure documents are accurate and up to date

Organize and maintain digital files and records

Make updates and corrections as needed

Work with team members to gather required information

Follow company guidelines for document handling and storage
Qualifications:

Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Strong written communication skills in English

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

High attention to detail and organization

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
