The Advisory Marketing team is part of the Campaigns Marketing team within Global Brand and Marketing, one of the largest groups in Global Clients & Markets. Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues from Global Marketing and Advisory teams worldwide, the team develops and executes the Advisory marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm's Collective strategy.

The Managing Director, Global Marketing, Advisory will lead the Advisory marketing strategy, working closely with a global, multidisciplinary network of marketing professionals. As an integral member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team, you'll also contribute to cross-functional projects that benefit the wider agenda .

What you will do
  • Define and evolve the Advisory marketing narrative to ensure a clear, engaging, and consistent storyline tailored across channels and audiences
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the development, management, and execution of cohesive marketing strategies, key global Advisory marketing campaigns and hero thought leadership including the flagship \"Transforming the Enterprise of the Future\" and the annual \"Global Tech Survey\"
  • Strategically conceptualize and deliver high-impact campaigns supporting key propositions, such as Transactions to Transformation, Cyber, the new Velocity proposition, emerging growth services like Managed Services aligned to priority client needs and growth platforms
  • Support the alliances marketing to maximize the marketing impact of the firm's Big 7 strategic partnerships (Microsoft, SAP, Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Workday), aligning efforts to deliver tangible business growth
  • Lead and engage advisory marketing professionals across the Board countries and the wider KPMG Network of firms, fostering a collaborative global community and shared ways of working
  • Serve as a pivotal member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team, driving innovative brand and marketing strategies, implementing new methodologies, and harnessing the power of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to enhance impact and efficiency
What you bring to the role
  • A seasoned marketing expert with over 15 years of experience, including at least seven years in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans in service-based industries, preferably with a background in technology
  • Experience in dealing with senior board level executives within a highly matrixed organization and delivering high profile programs
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership in a strategic advisor role is essential as well as inspiring and coaching marketing teams
  • A global mindset and ability to travel internationally when required
  • Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate and connect with colleagues across time zones
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
