Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Functional Leads are key members of the project delivery team, contributing to practice success by liaising directly with the client stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements, collaborating with technical team-members to define best in class solutions, supporting project management in the delivery of on-time and on-budget deployments and assisting clients deploy solutions that help transform their organizations.

The KPMG Microsoft practice is currently our fastest growing practice. What you will do
  • Prepare and lead requirements gathering workshops, and create detailed requirements documentation.
  • Lead the definition of user stories and end-to-end process definitions that form the backbone of the D365 CRM/CE and Power Platform deployments.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of product backlog items based on client requirements to ensure successful execution of agile sprint cycles during solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team throughout the implementation to ensure successful delivery of the project.
  • Lead the functional team to contribute to configuration of the solution.
  • Lead the functional team to create and execute QA test plan and test cases during project delivery.
  • Lead the functional team to develop functional training materials and deliver end user training for client during project delivery.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by providing support for proposals, client scoping sessions, presentation, preparation and delivery of tailored client demos.
  • Maintain open communications, be directly connected to the client, lead meetings, and capture and distribute action items.
  • Assist with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
  • Stay current on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement business applications and related technologies, particularly Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform and Azure cloud technologies that support the solution.
What you bring to the role
  • Functional leads are expected to have 5+ years of business requirements analysis (gathering, documenting, and maintaining client requirements), and hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform.
  • Strong experience delivering solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE applications: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service.
  • Strong experience delivering solutions based on Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
  • Strong experience leading client workshops with key business stakeholders, requirements and design discussions, and facilitation of internal team meetings.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented nature.
  • A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills.
  • Professional certification in Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a consulting organization is an asset.
  • Scrum methodology awareness and previous work in an agile environment is an asset.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $98,000 to $182,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
