We focus on contributing to PwC's value proposition of "strategy led and technology enabled", by aligning our Consulting Solutions' industry focus with the Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a Dynamic s 365 CRM Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organise , execute, manage and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team;
• Interface effectively with other members of the consulting team to arrive at best-in-class solution, and provide a sustainable and scalable solution architecture and application to meet client's requirements;
• Deliver high quality business and software solutions & services to clients ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/ customizations;
• Ensure completeness in meeting business requirements and take accountability for project deliverables including and not limited to project documentation, solution design, performance, reliability, testing features etc ;
• Deliver all consultancy and configuration work according to our project methodology ;
• Design solution using maximum OoB features and provide technical design or develop/customize solution approach for identified gaps;
• Contribute to activities as required including technical presales, building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations ;
• Work on the creation of Dynamics 365 solutions and industry template ;
• Proactively identify risks and provide suggestions to mitigate them ;
• Support practice development activities such as defining, solutioning and configuring industry specific solutions; Be an active member of technical and design working groups within the practice .

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Progressi ve experience as a consultant with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM preferably in a global/multi-country scenario
• Experience in developing Data Migration Strategy, approach and testing methodology
• At least 2-3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 CE
• S trong functional knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM covering a wide range of industries and sectors.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
• Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Portals/ Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation is an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of .NET framework including extensive experience writing ASP.NET and C# code (not just limited to plugins/custom workflows) is an advantage
• Can perform Fit-Gap analysis, high level estimation & Functional Solutioning
• Good under of System integrations with Dynamics 365 Online - tools, techniques, and best practices
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles (Waterfall/ Agile ) , development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and hyper care support
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
