This 4-month internship is your chance to contribute to cutting-edge digital engineering solutions that support iconic buildings and infrastructure across Canada.
As a Digital Services Intern within our national Property & Buildings - Digital Solutions team (Digital Services & Advisory), you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to improve BIM coordination, push digital innovation forward, and help shape how WSP delivers advanced digital design.
Your Impact
- Support BIM coordination activities, including clash detection, model reviews, and upkeep of project CDE and digital documentation.
- Assist in developing templates, documentation, and digital workflows within Autodesk Revit and related environments.
- Create engaging digital communications and materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with engineers, technologists, and BIM specialists to develop content that responds to real project needs and feedback.
- Work closely with Digital Services Leads to troubleshoot digital issues, implement fixes, and support production teams across Canada.
- Participate in testing and deployment of automated or customized digital tools to improve project delivery.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Architectural/Engineering Technology program with a focus on Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Familiar with AEC industry fundamentals and BIM practices.
- Exposure to Autodesk platform tools such as Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks Manage.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Bonus assets: Civil 3D, ISO 19650 awareness, Digital Twin concepts, and basic programming skills (C#, Python, Dynamo, Revit API).

Compensation
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $24.00 - $32.25/hr
- MB & ON: $22.50 - $30.25/hr
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $21.50 - $30.25/hr
