The Opportunity
Build the Future With Us - As a Civil Engineering Student in our Ontario operations, you'll gain meaningful hands-on experience supporting transportation, municipal infrastructure, water, environmental, and land development projects. This role gives you the chance to apply your academic learning to real-world engineering challenges while working alongside experienced professionals who will help you build your technical and professional foundation.
Your Impact

Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, design plans, and technical documents.
Support the development of civil design elements such as grading, servicing, stormwater management, roadworks, and site layouts.
Conduct fieldwork, site inspections, and data collection to support design and construction activities.
Perform calculations, research, modeling, and analysis under the guidance of senior engineers.
Contribute to multidisciplinary project teams by offering fresh perspectives and problem-solving ideas.
Help ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in project deliverables.
Participate in report writing, data organization, and project documentation.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering university program.
Interest in transportation, municipal infrastructure, land development, or water resources engineering.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software (an asset).
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and approaches.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Compensation
The compensation for Engineering & Sciences - University Students in Ontario is:

MB & ON: $22.50 - $30.25/hour
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $24.00 - $32.25/hour
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $21.50 - $30.25/hour
