Meaningful work you'll be part of
As an Integrations Lead, SAP Successfactors Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
• Build, operate , and maintain end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, including backend services and APIs, and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Assist in developing functional specification for developments
• Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
• Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and integrate SAP BTP solutions seamlessly
• Create Integration Design Documents (IDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented
• Lead team of onshore or offshore developers and functional team members

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Work with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)
• Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules
• Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
• Ability to provide feedback and clear recommendations in technical landscapes
• Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients' i nterpersonal skills and able to work as a team
• At least 4 years hands on experience in using CPI to design and build A2A (application to application) , B2B (Business-to-Business) integrations preferably in SuccessFactors and SAP HR (Human Resources) domain
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
• A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect to SAP's on premise and cloud technology solutions
• Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes and expertise working in different industries and p roven experience as a SAP developer with knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and technologies
• Certifications: at least one SAP or SuccessFactors certification (associate or professional) is preferred

• This position may require travel from 10% to 50%

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
